More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
